This notice describes how the Echelon Hyperbarics website handles information. For privacy questions or requests, contact studio@echelonhyperbarics.com.
Information you choose to provide
When you submit an invoice request, we save your contact details, chamber preferences, setting, notes, and any destination or financing-discussion details you provide in private Vercel storage. We send a notification to the studio through Resend so the team can respond. Submitting an invoice request does not subscribe you to marketing. You can download a copy of your request after submission.
The consultation page embeds our GoHighLevel booking calendar. You choose an available time and enter your booking details directly in that calendar. Available UTM campaign tags are passed to the calendar. GoHighLevel also provides the site’s chat widget and processes the contact details and messages you choose to share through it.
Buying guide subscription
When you sign up for the buying guide, we save your name, email address, submission time, guide source, and the wording and version of your marketing consent in private Vercel storage. We use this information to provide the download and send Echelon buying tips, product updates, and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or contact the studio to withdraw consent and request deletion. Guide subscriptions are separate from invoice requests.
Why information is used
Information you send or provide through booking is used to respond to your invoice request, arrange your consultation, and discuss chamber options and purchasing. Please do not include medical records or sensitive health information in these website forms.
Service providers and connection information
Vercel hosts the website and may process technical request information, including IP address, browser information, and requested URLs. Google Fonts receives connection information when fonts load. GoHighLevel processes connection information when its calendar and chat widget load, and information you provide through booking or chat. Resend processes invoice request details to deliver studio notifications. Direct emails are handled by your email service and the studio’s email provider.

Cookies and advertising

Retention and your requests
Guide subscription records are retained while you remain subscribed or as needed to record your consent and honor your requests. Invoice request records are retained as needed to respond to your request, support your purchase, and meet applicable requirements. Information sent by email or provided through GoHighLevel is handled separately from the website; retention depends on the invoice request, service, and applicable requirements. Contact the studio to ask about information associated with you or to request access, correction, or deletion. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and circumstances.
